WMS实业公司的股门已经批准WMS被科技博彩公司收购。

交易完成后，WMS将成为科技博彩公司的全资附属公司。合并被期待完成于2013年年末，因为必须要先又博彩司法机构通过，并满足其他一贯的成交条件。

“这一决定的通过对于完成科技博彩公司收购WMS是一个重要里程碑，”WMS的主席兼首席执行官Brian R Gamache说道。“与此同时，我们将继续专注于为我们的赌场运营商客户们，打造创新的游戏内容和产品。”

WMS acquisition approved

WMS Industries’ stockholders have approved the acquisition of WMS by Scientific Games.

At the closing of the transaction, WMS will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scientific Games. The merger, expected to be completed by the end of 2013, is subject to the receipt of certain required gaming jurisdiction approvals, along with the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.

“This sapproval is an important milestone toward completing the pending acquisition of WMS by Scientific Games,” said Brian R Gamache, chairman and CEO of WMS. “In the meantime, we remain focused on commercialising new innovative game content and products for our casino operator customers.”
