The Powerball lottery for April 24 stands at $116 million, lottery officials announced on Tuesday.
The after-tax value is estimated at $75.6 million.
Drawings take place every Wednesday and Saturday after the draw entry closes at 7 p.m. PT.
"The Powerball prize is paid in 30 annual installments unless the winner chooses the Powerball Cash Option," according to lottery officials. The Cash Option for a Powerball jackpot must be selected by the jackpot winner within 60 days after the Lottery authorizes payment."
